SPICY AND SOUR VEG SOUP


Hi beloved home makers! Today I am going to give you the detailed information about how to prepare the delicious spicy and sour vegetable soup. It is very healthy for all age group people. Here is the method to prepare it.

Ingredients:

10g carrot juliennes
10g cabbage juliennes
10g shitake mushroom juliennes
10g bean sprouts
10g mushroom juliennes
10g bamboo shoot juliennes
10g black fungus mushroom juliennes
10g bean and juliennes
10g bean curd juliennes salt to taste, freshly crushed black pepper to taste
10ml Tabasco sauce
10ml wine vinegar
10ml kokum soya sauce
15g corn flour 1-2 Drops of chilli oil 10 ml hua tia chew wine (optional)

METHODS:

1. Take vegetable stock prepared from the roots of vegetables.2. Add the above vegetables (juliennes). Bring it to a boil and remove the scum.3. Season it, add the sauces and thicken with corn flour.4. Garnish with chilli oil. Serve hot with bread.
