BRAISED TREPPAN VEGETABLES

Hi dear home makers this is for you! Today I am going to give some delicious method about how to prepare braised trepan vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
25g baby corn, diced
25 button mushroom, diced
25g zucchini (green & yellow) diced
25g black fungus mushroom, diced
15g canned bamboo shoot, diced
(Fresh bamboo shoots can be used after treating)
25g Chinese cabbage, diced
15g beans, diced
15g cauliflower, diced
15pokchoy, diced
15g garlic, chopped
5g oyster sauce (veg)
Salt & freshly crushed pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Wash the diced vegetables properly in cold water.
2. Boil water in another pan and blanch the vegetables.
3. Take a wok and sauté garlic in oil.
4. Add oyster sauce.
5. Add the vegetables and cook for a minute. Season it.
6. Arrange on a plate.
7. Sprinkle fried garlic on top as garnish and serve.
