CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Hi beloved readers! Today I am going to give some interesting information about the recipe chocolate fondue.
INGREDIENTS:
180g dark chocolate (celbourne/Belgium)
180g butter, soft 3 eggs
110g castor sugar
110g refined flour
Brandy snap, mascarpone cheese, mint leaves & cocoa powder, for garnish
METHOD:
1. Melt the dark chocolate with the help of a double boiler.
2. Add soft butter to the melted dark chocolate.
3. Take a small bowl and break the eggs in it. Add castor sugar to it.
4. Beat the mixture with the help of whisk either clockwise or anti-clockwise.
5. Finally, add the refined flour and mix it with hand.
6. Take a mould and apply butter inside it. Dust some refined flour to it too.
7. Put the mixture in the mould. Cover it properly with a silver foil.
8. Bake it for at least 11 minutes in the oven (at 100 degree).
9. Place it in a plate and garnish with brandy snap, mascarpone cheese, mint leaves and cocoa powder.
10. Serve this chocolate fondue with vanilla ice cream.
